Anthony Stuart Lloyd will be spreading a little Christmas cheer as part of ‘A Christmas Concert’ in aid of Friends of the Holy Land on Dec 14th at 7:30 pm on Dec 14th at Our Lady of Victories Church Kensington.
The concert will see him team up again with the renowned London Welsh Male Voice Choir, under the baton of their Musical Director Dr. Edward-Rhys Harry, and the one and only Welsh singer, songwriter and broadcaster Mal Pope.
Anthony appeared with the choir in the open-air ‘A Concert of Stars’ in Godalming and was a guest on Mal’s HTV Wales series, ‘Art Talks’. Anthony is also looking forward to singing with the sensational Irish soprano Margaret Keys.

It’s early morning calls for Dylan Ebenezer from now on!
Another of Haka’s artists is Dylan Ebenezer (Dylan Ebenezer – HAKA Entertainment) and perhaps we’re more familiar with seeing – and hearing him pitch-side commentating as part of the Sgorio commentary team and Wales international games.
But from Monday morning 25th January you will also be hearing his voice on Radio Cymru as he starts his new role co-presenting the new morning programme – Dros Frecwast.
Dylan will be broadcasting live between 07.00 and 09.00 a.m. with Kate Crocket and is very grateful for the opportunity.
“Radio Cymru has been a huge part of my life and career. This is where the journey started for me as a broadcaster over 20 years ago”
He added that having the opportunity to return to the station where he broadcast with the sports department “to present one of the station’s flagship programmes is absolutely thrilling”

With a completely original script written by Carl Ryan and Nick Allen, the show (directed by Carl) will take you on a journey through many decades of Musical Theatre via the vocal talents of (amongst others) Kedma, Maddie, Sam and our workshop students.
The show will be the finale for the Aberystwyth Arts Centre summer programme and promises to be a night to remember. Tickets are limited due to the capacity of the ‘Big Top’ so book early to avoid disappointment!

Delighted that we can finally reveal the full line up for Hakoustic2!!!
On the 6th July our very own Kedma will be joined on the Aberystwyth Arts Centre stage by London based Aber boy Sam Ebenezer, Aber based folk band Three Legg’d Mare, Aber student Cory Baker, renowned multi-genre guitarist Dan Messore and in a new twist, we’re thrilled to include a set by rising star of the comedy world, Vale of Glamorgan based Aber girl Esyllt Sears.

Oh what a night!
To have over 100 people turn up to see our amazing acts on a Wednesday night was so humbling and we hope everyone enjoyed the evening as much as we did.
Thanks to everyone who made it possible and we’ll post details of our next event very soon.

So we have a new act on our website…..and he’s already got two gigs this weekend!
Laszlo will be performing at Bar 46 from 7pm on Saturday and wil then be in Y Bañera from 9pm until late.
Laszlo prides himself in being able to perform a variety of styles for any occassion so whether you get to watch him once or twice on Saturday, just make sure you watch him!

We are delighted to announce our support for and partnership with The Haven + London, as one of our chosen charities for 2018.
This is a charity that is very close to our hearts and does amazing work that changes and often saves lives. The Haven + London is a community of creatives united by the shared experiences of the brokenness, pain and power of the creative life.
Led by the inspirational Rev Peterson, the charity provides targeted services and resources to meet the unique challenges and needs facing people working in the creative industries.

Apart from being such an established TV star and businesswoman, Alana hails from the same Welsh town as us and so we really think this is the first step of a very exciting journey.

Aberystwyth based HAKA Entertainment are delighted to present, in collaboration with Aberystwyth Arts Centre, a night of quality acoustic entertainment on Friday 26 January. As well as performances from Three Legg’d Mare, Sorela, Gwi Jones and Kedma, the evening will include guest performances from other artists such as acclaimed singer/ songwriter Anin Rose. The evening will be an intimate celebration of acoustic music whilst at the same time being an opportunity for HAKA owners Huw Bates and Kedma Macias, to introduce this exciting new project to their home town.
