HAKA Entertainment was set up in 2017 by Huw Bates and Kedma Macias who have combined their skillsets in the worlds of business and entertainment to create a fresh, dynamic and unique agency. HAKA stands for “Huw and Kedma’s Agency” – it’s as simple as that – but since then the team has grown exponentially and there are now nine members of “Team Haka”!

Using an agency to book entertainment for your event takes all of the stress and worry away at no extra cost! We will deal with everything artist/act related which will save you a lot of time and energy. In the unlikely event that any problems arise you will not have to worry as we will take care of it all for you, including all the boring stuff like deposits, invoices, contracts, PAT testing & insurance! We can also liaise directly with your venue on your behalf regarding set up arrangements and provision so all you have to do is enjoy yourself and all our artists need to do is turn up and entertain you!

Once you have decided which artist you’d like to book and we have agreed a date and a price, we will ask you to complete a booking form and pay a 20% deposit to secure the booking with the balance payable prior to the event. Our lovely Nia will liaise you with a legally binding contract which protects both yourselves and the artists in the event that either party has to cancel for whatever reason.
Unwaith y byddwch wedi penderfynu pwy yr hoffech ei archebu ac rydym wedi cytuno ar ddyddiad a phris, byddwn yn gofyn i chi lenwi ffurflen archebu a thalu blaendal o 20% i gadarnhau’r archeb gyda’r balans yn daladwy cyn y digwyddiad. Most of our Artists come with their own PA system and are completely self sufficient but on other occasions the venue itself may have its own PA system or we have our own system that we can hire to you or, if we need something a bit bigger, we have some excellent ‘tech’ contacts who can assist us on this regard. Either way you won’t incur any additional costs without us agreeing with them with you beforehand.

Yes. It is a condition of being on the Haka website that all of our artists have their own public liability insurance and we will ensure that their insurance is up to date prior to your event. Haka also has its own PL and events insurance should you wish us to run your event for you.
Ydyn. Mae’n amod cyn cael bod ar wefan Haka, bod gan bob un o’n hartistiaid eu hyswiriant atebolrwydd cyhoeddus eu hunain a byddwn yn sicrhau bod eu hyswiriant yn gyfredol cyn eich digwyddiad. Mae gan Haka hefyd ei yswiriant PL ac yswiriant digwyddiadau ei hun.

We’ll send you our full terms and conditions at the outset so that you’re fully aware of our cancellation policy but if your artist is ill – we’ll find someone else for you of equal quality to fulfil the booking. If you need to cancel the booking for whatever reason there are inevitably some fees payable and these vary depending on how close to the event you cancel. If you need to postpone the event for reasons beyond your control, as long as the event is rearranged within 12 months of your original booking, you can put your deposit and any other monies paid towards the rearranged event with no penalty (subject to artist approval).

Os oes angen i chi ohirio’r digwyddiad am resymau y tu hwnt i’ch rheolaeth, cyn belled â bod y digwyddiad yn cael ei ail-drefnu o fewn 12 mis i’r dyddiad gwreiddiol, gallwch symud eich blaendal ac unrhyw arian arall a dalwyd, at y dyddiad newydd heb gosb (os yw’r artist yn cytuno)
