Rhiannon Herridge

International Soprano Rhiannon has performed all over, including Vatican City, Patagonia, and prestigious London venues.
Mae'r soprano ryngwladol Rhiannon wedi perfformio ar hyd a lled, gan gynnwys Dinas y Fatican, Patagonia a lleoliadau mawreddog yn Llundain.

Rhiannon studied opera at one of the UK’s top conservatoires (RNCM), where she attained a first-class honours degree.  A portion of her degree was spent in Italy, studying one-to-one with the late Pavarotti’s vocal coach.  She later studied at the prestigious Wales International Academy of Voice.

Rhiannon was one of four finalists in Decca Records’ television series, a ‘search for emerging Welsh recording stars’, Llais i Gymru: A Voice for Wales.  Since then, Rhiannon has spent many years travelling and performing all around the world, and is currently a guest entertainer aboard luxury cruise ships, alongside performances in her homeland.

 

Astudiodd Rhiannon opera yn un o’r conservatoires gorau yn y DU (CBCDC), lle ennillodd radd anrhydedd dosbarth cyntaf. Treuliodd cyfran o’i gradd yn yr Eidal, yn astudio un-i-un gyda hyffordffwr lleisiol y diweddar Pavarotti. Yn ddiweddarach, astudiodd yn Academi Llais Rhyngwladol Cymru.
Roedd Rhiannon yn un o bedwar a gyrhaeddodd rownd derfynol cyfres deledu Decca Records – ymgyrch i chwilio am sêr recordio Cymraeg newydd: ‘Llais i Gymru: A voice for Wales’. Ers hynny, mae Rhiannon wedi treulio blynyddoedd yn teithio a pherfformio ledled y byd, ac ar hyn o bryd, mae’n ddiddanwraig gwadd ar longau mordaith moethus, yn ogystal a pherfformiadau yma yng Nghymru.
